Project Name: Consulting Services for the Construction Management of 14no. Pedestrian Bridges along Key Urban corridors in Ghana
Project Locations: 14 locations in urban centers across Ghana (Accra, Kumasi and Cape Coast) which are identified by the Department of Urban Roads as high-risk pedestrian crossing zones.
Scope of Services: We have been engaged to provide comprehensive consultancy and technical support services under a subcontract to Janson Bridging International BV under the Road Safety Improvement Project. Our responsibilities include:
- Contract and Project Administration: Managing subcontract documentation, payment certifications, variation handling, and budget tracking.
- Project Control: Program development and monitoring, progress reporting, and documentation management.
- Site Engineering: Responding to technical queries, reviewing site adaptations, test results, and as-built documentation.
- Construction Supervision: Daily site oversight to ensure quality, safety, and compliance by civil and structural subcontractors.
