On March 13, our Managing Director participated in The Future-Ready Leadership Summit in Ghana, alongside other members of the business community. The event featured a lineup of speakers and panelists who delved into the crucial qualities of future-ready leadership. Keynote Speaker Dr. George Agyekum Donkor, President of the Ecowas Bank for Investment and Development (EBID), set the stage for the discussions by emphasizing the need to reimagine business leadership for organizations of the future.

Meanwhile, our Managers for Finance & Administration, Partnerships & Business Development, and Civil Infrastructure attended the ‘LBS CFO Leadership Summit 2024’ organized by the Lagos Business School in Nigeria on March 20. The summit, focusing on ‘The CFO as a strategic Architect- Maximizing the CEO-CFO Synergy’, aimed to enhance collaboration between CEOs, CFOs, and other top decision-makers in order to improve strategic decision-making within organizations.

Both events provided key insights and strategies for leaders to adapt and thrive in an ever-evolving business landscape.
