Constromart Africa Holds Workshop to Enhance Business Communication Skills of Functional Managers and Unit Heads

Constromart Africa recently held an Orientation and Training session on Business Communication for its Functional Managers (FM) and Unit Heads (UH). The one-day workshop was aimed at equipping the managers with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively communicate within the organization and with external stakeholders.

The workshop, which took place over the weekend, saw the participation of key Functional Managers including Maame Adjoa Buttah, Manager for Finance and Administration; Jacqueline Sampah-Adjei, Manager for Partnerships and Business Development; Nana Osei-Akumia Jnr, Manager for Quality Assurance; Godslove Adom Duncan, Manager for Civil Infrastructure; and Irene Yeboah, Manager for Urban Infrastructure.

The session covered various aspects of business communication, including effective communication strategies, professional email writing, presentation skills, and conflict resolution techniques. The training also focused on the importance of clear and concise communication in driving organizational success and fostering strong working relationships.
