Constromart Africa recently held its Annual Staff Meeting (ASM) at the Tomreik Hotel in Accra, gathering team members from various locations to reflect on the past year and set the stage for 2025.

The ASM featured several seminar sessions where staff had the unique opportunity to engage with industry experts, including an Economist from the International Monetary Fund, a Technical Manager from Ghana’s Public Service, a Partner at KPMG, and a Senior Lecturer from one of Africa’s leading universities. The keynote address emphasised the impacts of global geopolitical events on the infrastructure sector in the African region, providing valuable insights for the team.

Through interactive discussions, participants explored strategies for effectively collaborating with public sector officials to ensure successful project delivery and outcomes.

On the final day of the ASM, staff enjoyed a nature adventure at a prominent nature resort in Ghana, allowing them to connect with the diverse ecosystems and foster stronger relationships.

Overall, the 2025 ASM was a resounding success, providing an excellent platform for reconnecting among team members and establishing new relationships that will drive collaboration and innovation in the year ahead.
