Constromart Board Chair Encourages Commitment to Organizational Values at 2023 Annual Staff Meeting

The 2023 Constromart Annual Staff Meeting kicked off with an insightful keynote speech delivered by Surv. Dr. Naa Adjeley Doamekpor, the Board Chairperson of Constromart in Ghana. The focus of her address was on emphasizing the organization’s core values and urging staff to uphold principles of quality, innovation, and reliability in all aspects of their work.

During the meeting, the Managing Director presented the Management Report, offering insights into the state of the organization and its future outlook for the upcoming year.

One of the highlights of the meeting was the presentation of the results of a recent employee survey conducted at the firm to gauge employee satisfaction and perspectives about the company. The overwhelmingly positive response from the survey provided reassurance to the management, who pledged to work even harder to ensure greater satisfaction among staff.

Another significant aspect of the meeting was the announcement of new management portfolios, including Civil Infrastructure, Urban Infrastructure, Quality Compliance, and Partnerships & Business Development. Each of the newly introduced managers was introduced by the Managing Director, who stressed their unique qualities, emphasizing their global training and experience which will enhance service delivery quality to clients.

The new managers include Ms. Yeboah, who brings a decade of experience and holds an MSc in Urban Management and Sustainability from the Erasmus University in the Netherlands; Ing Akumia Jnr, who has 30 years’ experience and graduated with an MSc in Civil and Infrastructure Engineering from the Donbas University of Science and Technology in Ukraine; Ing. Duncan, who is a Professional Engineer and has diverse infrastructure delivery experience, holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the KNUST and Ms Sampah-Adjei, who holds an MSc in Engineering from the University of Leeds. Additionally, Ms Buttah, who continues in her role as Manager for Finance and Administration, brings a decade of entrepreneurial experience with an MPhil in Finance from the University of Professional Studies, Accra.

The Annual Staff Meeting served as a platform for aligning the entire team with the organization’s values and goals, setting the stage for a successful and productive year ahead.
