Ing Magnus Lincoln Quashie, President of the Ghana Consulting Engineers Association (GCEA), delivered a speech at Constromart’s 10th anniversary gala dinner, commending the organization for its remarkable journey over the past decade. In a literal gesture of commendation, Ing. Quashie doffed his hat to show admiration for Constromart’s contributions to the industry.

During his remarks, Ing. Quashie praised Constromart for its public engagement initiatives and resilience in the face of challenges in the business environment. He encouraged the organization to remain steadfast, noting that the future for the industry looks promising.

Ing. Quashie also lauded Constromart’s Managing Director, Ing. Edward Melomey, whom he described as a protégé for his belief in Africa and its potential for the future. He urged Ing. Melomey to continue being an exemplary leader in the industry.

The gala dinner was attended by representatives of key client organizations, industry partners, as well as staff, consultants, and some members of the board. The event featured the premiering of a 25-minute documentary about Constromart, sparking lighthearted moments as guests shared their experiences with the company.

Constromart’s 10th anniversary commemoration included social outreach programs in eight communities, demonstrating its commitment to social responsibility. The night also saw the recognition of staff for their remarkable contributions to the organization, with Ms Jacqueline Sampah-Adjei named Employee of the Year, Ms Irene Yeboah as Supportive Mentor of the Year, and Ing Godslove Duncan recognized for his dedication to the organization. Additionally, four staff members were recognized as rising stars in the organization: Ing. Emmanuel Asirifi, Mr. Daniel Johnson, Mr. Emmanuel Atiah, and Ms. Antoinette Gabby Hayes.

Overall, the gala dinner was a celebration of Constromart’s decade-long journey and its continued contributions to the infrastructure industry in Ghana.
